Adolescents with polyarticular JRA with positive ANA have a higher risk of developing chronic uveitis similar to that of pauciarticular disease. Systemic onset JRA called in the past Still's disease is the least common of the forms of JRA, boys and girls are equally affected.

It is associated with high fever, intermittent fever accompanied by chills Flekosteel, evanescent skin rash, salmon color , papular maculo, often linear, usually located in thorax and dorsal region, arthritis and diffuse rigidity.
